Users are advised to read these terms and conditions, as well as the Site's Legal Notice and Privacy Policy, carefully before using this website.

Accessing, browsing, and using the Site implies express acceptance of these conditions.

1. USERS

The Site can be accessed both as a registered and a non-registered user.

1.1 Registered user

Any person over the age of 18 with sufficient legal capacity may register.

During the registration process, the user must provide accurate, current, and complete information. Users may also register using social media accounts, in which case the data that the user has configured as public will be used.

The personal data provided will be processed by GLOUD RYVAZ 360 SL in accordance with current data protection regulations (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their access credentials and must notify any unauthorized use.

1.2 Non-registered user

Registration is not mandatory to make purchases.

In this case, the user must provide the necessary data to process the order, accepting the processing of such data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

2. PURCHASE PROCEDURE

To place an order, the user must:

Complete the purchase process
Validate the order through payment

The prices shown include VAT, unless otherwise indicated, and do not include shipping costs, which will be indicated before finalizing the purchase.

MIMOTITOS reserves the right to modify prices, availability, and product characteristics. In the event of an error or incident, the customer will be informed before the order is confirmed.

Discount codes

Only one discount code is allowed per order
They are not cumulative unless expressly indicated

3. PAYMENT CONDITIONS

Payments are made through secure third-party platforms.

Available payment methods:

Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, among others)
PayPal
Google Pay
Apple Pay
Shop Pay

Transactions are carried out using secure protocols (SSL).

GLOUD RYVAZ 360 SL does not store bank details, as they are managed directly by the payment platforms.

Once the payment is confirmed, a proof of purchase will be sent to the email address provided.

4. ORDER SHIPPING

Shipments are made within mainland Spain through specialized transport companies.

The cost and delivery time will be indicated during the purchase process.

The order will be prepared after payment confirmation.

MIMOTITOS may inform the customer about the status of the order during its preparation and shipment.

5. DELIVERY ADDRESSES

The user may indicate a delivery address different from the billing address.

Delivery will be considered complete at the moment the order has been delivered to the indicated address, regardless of who receives it.

6. DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on:

Location
High-demand periods
External logistical factors

In case of significant incidents or lack of stock, the customer will be informed so they can decide whether to proceed with the order.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with current regulations, the user has 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Once the request is received, the return procedure will be indicated.

The refund will be made once the product is received and its condition verified, deducting the return shipping costs, which will be borne by the customer.

Returns will not be accepted after this period.

8. RESPONSIBILITY FOR PRODUCT USE

The user is responsible for the handling of the products and must use them according to their nature.

Any decrease in value resulting from improper use will be the customer's responsibility.

9. WARRANTY

All products have a legal warranty of 2 years from the date of purchase, unless applicable regulations establish otherwise for specific products.

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

GLOUD RYVAZ 360 SL is not currently signed up to consumer arbitration systems.

However, the user may access the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 524/2013.

11. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These conditions are governed by Spanish law.

For any dispute that may arise, the parties submit to the Spanish Courts and Tribunals.

12. MODIFICATIONS

MIMOTITOS reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time.

Modifications will not be retroactive and will be applicable from their publication on the Site.

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Site (texts, images, design, logos, trade names, etc.) is the property of GLOUD RYVAZ 360 SL or is used under corresponding licenses.

Its reproduction, distribution, or use without express authorization is prohibited.
